Hi! Welcome to Train and Reclaim Coaching. I’m Coach Shannon (she/her), and my goal is to help people train for speed, strength, and life while reclaiming their relationship with exercise, food, and their body. I provide run coaching, personal training services, and intuitive eating coaching. See the services page to learn more about each type of coaching. My approach to coaching is a bit different than most of the fitness industry today. While I do help people achieve performance goals, my primary focus is on helping people develop a love for the movement they participate in and work towards healing unhealthy relationships with exercise, food, and body.
