Services
Run coaching:
- I provide run coaching for adults who run recreationally and participate in races between the 5k and the marathon distances. I am passionate about working with runners at all places on the pace spectrum, especially the “everyday” and “back-of-the-pack” runners. No pace is too slow, and no dream is too big. I do not provide run coaching for youths, adults training for track events shorter than the 5k, or ultramarathoners.
Personal training:
- I provide general personal training service to adults looking to increase their strength, endurance, and mobility. My focus is on helping clients find movement that is enjoyable and helps them work towards their health and fitness goals.
Intuitive eating coaching:
- I provide coaching for clients interested in pursuing intuitive eating. Intuitive eating is a self-care eating framework, which integrates instinct, emotion, and rational thought. If you are stuck in a cycle of dieting, restricting the food that you eat, exercising out of guilt, or just hating your body, intuitive eating can help you break free and find peace with exercise, food, and your body. To learn more about intuitive eating, visit this website.
Comprehensive coaching:
- Comprehensive coaching combines two or more of the types of coaching listed above. For example, I can provide strength training plans for a run coaching client or provide intuitive eating coaching for a personal training client.
All services are online-based. Coaching sessions typically last 30 minutes, except for the intake session, which is an hour. Frequency of coaching sessions will vary depending on the services provided and needs of the client, but I typically see people somewhere between once a week and once a month. Rates will be determined on an individual basis taking into account type of services provided and frequency of sessions.
